I'm a relatively new cable modem user and would like get to confirm that is not possible to uncap my Terayon modem's upload or download rate (I'm an UPC user). But if it's possible, please tell me someone how to do it. Thanx!

Since he's a newbie wouldn't it be more productive to point him to the top of the msg board where it says

"Uncapping questions are not tolerated on this board. If you absolutely have to discuss it, you are required to read and understand our editorial on uncapping first. "
