bad link - tweaking sticky

In the tweaking forum, sticky: SG tweaking help and tools (Philip) is a line that says:

Post the results of a speed test, here is a sample link: http://www.speakeasy.net/popfaq

That link is not a speed test (I coudn't find one anyway). If I missed it, others might miss it too.
