Asus P4P800
Deluxe model if you want firewire

109 bucks
129 for deluxe model

865 chipset.

Asus is my fave brand....rock stable, overclock great, solid quality.

You don't need 875 chipset, only real feature it has over 865 is support for ECC RAM, which you don't run if you're into OC'ing. Else...virtualy identicle. 875 officially supports PAT, 865 supports PAT under a different name according to vender.

I do also like MSI boards...also have one myself. If you want something bright for that clear side panel. MSI usually makes fire engine red boards.

Between the P4 Northwood C 2.4GHz and Northwood C 2.8GHz, is there a difference in overclocking? Like, is one harder to OC than the other?

Yep that's what I got.

Running 3.02ghz on her now. Don't really want to push it. She's stable and cool right here.
