How is anyone supposed to answer that without knowing what ISPs are available in your area? Your location would help.

I feel a lot better about Comcast now...
Increasing the download cap to 3000 is a smart move.

Depends on your area

Ok, without telling us where you're located or your zip code, it's really hard what ISPs is available to you. Ok, it depends on the ISP's backbone, what download and upload caps your ISPs have, ISP's equipment, the Internet, routers, servers, ISP's backbone provider, ISP's network. Best to ask your friends, family, or neighbors in your town or area what service do they recommend, people on a BB can't really tell you what service to get because we all live somewhere else and can't tell you. In my opinion and it's mines only, I have to say cable because cable in my area is better than DSL.
