I was just playing around with a few things on my connection, and I ended up back at the properties window for my NIC. Anyway, I clicked the advanced tab and once again stared at these settings that I don't know anything about. Even if I did know what they were, I doubt I'd know what settings to use, so I figured I'd just post here to see if any of you knew what the best settings would be. If none of these will help my connection, oh well, but I figured it never hurts to ask.

I'm on 1500/256 ADSL running on RASPPPoE and am looking more for lower gaming pings than quicker downloads or webpage loading.

With gamming nothing you could do. Change that linkspeed/duples to 100full

You can always change your house's wiring to try to get better speeds/pings. But its too drastic for most users.
