Is there a way we could have something on the front page that would promote folding for SG on the front page. Like Uncle Philip wants you! Nah that almost sounds perverted. All kidding aside if we could show it in a positive accesable way where people would see it when they log on. Mabey a small banner or something visible yet unitrusive.

It's been posted in the news portion of the front page numerous times. Didn't do jack schitt. No new people joined the team.
We need to present it in a more appealing way than. Use phrases like "Together we can find a cure", or "We can help change the future of medicine today using only the spare time of your computer." Something on those lines.

It doesn't work too well. The best way to "recruit" is to mention it to someone who is new to posting here. That's how I got "hooked" And I know of alot of other people who were hooked in the same way. Make a post about it in a new members threads. That's the best way to do it. Most peole only click through the main page getting to the forums.
Good point. That's why most of us tag it on our sigs and promote it where we can. I remember wondering what it was, than I thought it would slow my rig down, than I gave it a shot and have loved it ever since.

Could be that all but "none" of the regular members ever visit the front page.
