Im in the 737 and AgentBeast is in the 777
AgentBeast in a 747-400
Flying out of Vegas to LAX
Still climbing out of LAS
Beechcraft Baron 58
MS still has some bugs to work out in the MP section of the game. Me and Agentbeast noticed some bugs that need's to be sorted out! But overall, still a pretty good game. Not to mention that you might need some serious hardware to run it the way it's suppose to.

(screens look a lot better in its full glory, but wanted to save some space)

I hope my school upgrades to those. I think they have a subscription contract.

Sweeeet!! I would love to get paid to fly around on a sim...but would love to be where you are at now! If it wasnt for money, I'd be more than half way on my pilot's license!

No...I wish I did...I took these screens by shifting the viewpoint, then used a photostitch program to throw them together into one shot...

Iam running mine off a 1.67 xp 2000 but by friday it will be running on a p4 3gig 800 bus with a 9800 pro 128 meg vid card cant wait. I do like the fact u can fly the 737 out of the vr cockpit but from flying addons like the dream fleet 737 the cockpit in ms looks generic to me.

Tried flying the Wright Flyer yet? It's a bitch to control...and you can only get it up to about 10 feet off the ground:

Yeah it sucks. I flew it for about 5 minutes then gave up on it. Like I said in one of the threads we had going when FS2004 was first announced. It's really kind of pointless other than for nostalgia to have the Wright 1903 Flyer in here. It's damn near impossible to control, and underpowered. It's fun to fly in a straight line into the wind about 10 ft off the ground. But try to turn, climb, or fly with the wind and you won't get very far.
But there are a couple of Curtiss planes available for download from Avsim.com that are pretty fun to fly. Similar design, but you can actually fly these planes.

easier than FS2002 I think. Would help If I can figure out where the rudder buttons are, lol No rudder peddals or a joystick with that capability.

I love flying the copter...the rudder controls I just mapped to two of the four buttons on my joystick, which makes the control much easier to deal with.

I have a racing wheel and it has pedals... maybe I can set the rudder to the racing wheel peddal keys and then use the joystick as normal?
oooo that'll be fun eh

I've got a wheel with pedals too, but have never thought of using the racing pedals as rudder pedals. Because they are different sizes and have a different feel. Plus in a normal plane you do the braking with the rudder pedals along with controling the rudder.

well right now with FS2002 it tends to get choppy with my curretn system (see below)...but in a few weeks i'm gonna upgrade my harddrive to a WD 120 GB 8mb cache drive and from 256mb of RAM to 512 or 768mb of RAM...so hopefullythat will improve things alot!
Oh and my 1.2 t-bird is running at 1.350Ghz stable (got the fsb to 135 and i don't wanna go any higher till i get a better north bridge cooler)...so hopefully this year i can updgrade my putter to handle FS better...on and Simcity 4...i'm obsesed with FS and Simcity 4!

Yeah, they don't quite have the mechanics worked out in Desert Combat for the helo's...they're close, but the controls are still waaay too sensitive for my tastes..
The helo's in FS still take some practice to get down right...

Well if you have to buy all this extra equipment to play properly, I think I'll skip FS2004...

All that you need is a $20 joystick. That you'll probably need for BF anyways.
