80mm [3"] fan from radio shack and drilled a couple of holes and bolted it on the side of my case..........i can feel the air moving at my feet.....hehe

thats why i got a on/off switch on it too so it doesn't drive me nuts all night......i would have liked to get a dimmer switch for it but i wasn't shure if it could handle 120 volts

120v???? Shouldn't it be running @ 12 volts? Connected to the power supplies inside the case?

rofl, he got the one that plugs into the wall separately of the system! lol. that puppy was HEAVY! I saw it there this weekend when I got a replacement remote for my sister-in-laws tv. I got my case side back and have the pic of the two holes, I also have the 2 80mm 36cfm fans that go in them. I will be posting pics as I go along. I have to get some sort of trim for the holes and drill holes for mounting screws. and then it'll be all done! right now under load, my cpu temp is @ 41C with just a gorb and crappy paste. I am going to get arctic silver and add these fans and it should drop to 32-35C easily. I hope!

Just go to a hardware store and get a dimmer made for lights or a ceiling fan. It will handle the current for those small fans.
