The webserver shut down for a couple of minutes, when I restarted everything the MySQL server didn't start automatically, that's why the connect errors showed up. I'm digging through log files trying to find the reason for Apache shutting down, the MySQL error above wasn't the main issue.

Not a problem. For a second I thought SQL Slapper was making a mutaited debut.
