Adelphia cable in Washington??

Anyone know what the speeds are for the cable in WA state. I couldn't find anything about upload and download speeds on their site

no one any help or even educated guesses would be ok??
its for my brother and hes a ways away but he said his speed test was 2300/88 so maybe 128 upload??

sorry dont know them. but im on comcast in oregon mine is running 1800/ 256 i think my uplode is a little lower

Thanks Ya me to im in milwaukie and im 1800/256 my brother is in longview WA and i cant seem to find out and he has no clue

speak easy sea had him do that but download showed 2300/88 for up

he said it was 2.1 megs on bandwidth place

god he got a good isp then but dont like his uplode??? i dont get that one hay do you like comcast i play alot of cs but its not all that good on comcast i was thinking go to dsl. o did you look at the dsl report for his isp

ya i like comcast so far found out something I didn't know he has no problem getting files from others but when its from me he goes up to 20 then down to 0 and up then itl time out after about 4 min into downloading i thought it did that all the time he said only from me but others get from me no prob so thanks for your time ill let ya know what i find out
