I bought this modem a while ago and it is nothing special.

It seems to work fine, but I just don't like it for some reason.

It has a dirty web interface...and I, myself, had some issues while setting it up.

Overall, I don't think it is worth the price at all..

I had much smoother experience with Motorola SB4200, and now I just bought the Motorola SB5100, both of which are much less than the Terayon.

Now, if your ISP is offering free replacement... then why not? Just go ahead and get the replacement.. I am sure it is more worth having than an RCA.

Had it for at least 6 months.
Not one problem.
No problems = good modem..............

I have had the TJ615 for three months. No problems here. Only diff between this and the RCA is the absence of an on/off switch on the modem. The 715 model probably is the same.

I like the vertical stand. Saves space on my table.
