No....No shotguns here....As far as the masculine part...Well after 20 years or so of weightlifting 3 or 4 times a week...If I have'nt built something....I definately screwed up....LOL!!

New photo for the Dedicated Crewchief picture board I'm renovating for the breakroom. I'm standing on a 1' step next to the F-15E I'll be working for the next couple months until I move to the inspection docks again as nightshift Dockchief.

Not the greatest pic as I was getting it from the sun on one side and the wind from the other.

Once in Saudi back in Sep '91. It was an incentive ride for those of us that volunteered to stay for a second rotation of 3 months. The takeoff was awesome but the rest of the ride was ho-hum. I'd rather ride a rollercoaster, more action in a shorter timeframe.

I've turned down three rides since. I've been there, done that, got the certificate. I'd rather let the younger troops that are gung-ho and have never experienced it have the chance.

As far as working on them goes... it's still fun and what I love to do, the body just isn't co-operating like it used to (bad knees and back).

I'm going to have to give it up and move into the office in a couple months. At least it'll be an office where I can see the jet, sneak out to get my hands dirty and show the younger guys how to get certain tasks done at least once a day.

That's from like January I think. One of those unusually warm days we happen to get around here. I'll take a better one when I get home. That fence isn't there anymore either. I took it out to get a better view of the bird bath area thing I put in the backyard.
