Codfish on special tonight.
Cooking 'em up with some adobe, pan fried in a little olive oil, served over spanish style red beans 'n rice, scotch bonnet sauce over the top.
Also a side dish for those who don't want the whole entree...codfish cakes. Goes great with beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeer.
