first ms_pammy u gotta take a shot of your desktop, to do this while on the desktop press printscreen button on your keybrd, then u got to paint and then paste it there (when u press print screen it adds it to the memory so u can paste it) after that save it, but as u can see u just saved it as a .bmp, which is HUGE and isn't worth it. To change it to a .jpg, open up imaging or photoshop, and press save as and save it as a .jpg. Once u have the .jpg, u have to upload it to your webspace (im assuming u know how to do this)...after that once the file is up at the webspace u put it up like this

Image

it should show up :D

ms_pammy,

I believe your link isn't working because the page that your picture is on needs to have a user name and password to access it.

What if I were to tell you that I made it? Unfortunately, I don't have that kind of skill, I could send it to you or you can go dig through www.skinz.org thats where I get all my stuff, winamp skins, wallpapers, icons, and so on.

yardostuf which thing, the desktop is windowblinds and the transparent menu is windowfx, I've been messing around with desktopX which totally changes windows but haven't finished that on yet.

I used to use windowblinds, litestep, and my favorite TALISMAN. But they pretty much wasnt worth the hassel, windowblinds is a memory hog and isnt very stable, litestep is awsome but if you dont know what youre doing its hard to edit the interface to your liking, talisman well it runs along side of the windows shell so whats the point?

stardock.com <- windowblinds
lightek.com <- talisman
litestep.net <- litestep

try em out for yourself...

I did mine by using this tweak from Regedit.

I don't know about that colour, windowblinds takes up 1336K and fx takes up 2776K, I've used blinds for a year and find it very stable and no i don't have any system lag using any of these. I have 160mb ram.
