Well, I got home yesterday and the VX-6R was waiting for me. I have been only listening to the repeater, trying to hear how a normal conversation goes.
I'm planning on doing the general soon. Did you do that one yet?

I've wanted to do some of VoIP stuff with repeaters. My mom's ex in Colorado was telling me about his drive to work one day when he was listening to the 2m repeater and heard a guy from Australia talking to a local guy in Northern CO.
