No, it isn't. As what you said, you can't see everything. Based on the video alone, I think it is not justified.

The cops are the idiots for getting in the way of a moving vehicle while he was being shot at and trying to save his life.

I seriously hope you dont believe in what you just said. If the guy would have stopped and didnt come at the officers, then none of this would have happened.

The first shots were fired because the car came at officers OFF the video camera. Justified. He took off and an officer pitted him. The car STOPPED and the officer jumped on the hood. The car then took off, posing a threat to his life. Lethal force was justified.

I don't see any problems with the ending of that video
