I've never had a Christmas bonus. This year is even worse b/c I won't be in town to collect my paycheck on Christmas Eve. My employer will not hand out checks the day before so many travelling employees are screwed like me. :irate: Oh well..

I have many other tangible and fringe benefits from working for them.

The assists were thoroughly temulent, two of which accidently(?) exposed themselves.

Actually, I have received my bonus. No complaints!

I'll get a present on monday, which I can only collect personally and will need to sign for, sound like it's something of more value than the usual stuff we get. I'm also hoping they'll finalize some contractual details, and essentially put me into the salary group which I IMO belong in since years, plus give me a 40 hour contract instead of my current 30. These changes are coming anyway, but it would certainly make my christmas if they went ahead with it until christmas (essentially, ~30-40% more salary).

Janey's not sure whether they will hand them out this year or not (bad year for the company, they lost the Home Depot account).

If they do, she'll get a weeks pay for every year she's been there (6) :thumb:

My health went up too, 23 bucks a month in fact. I raise hell about cost of living, got a "gas surcharge" added to everyones paycheck. We base the amount off a 2 dollar a gallon "base" and go from there. I had one paycheck where my gas kickback was 56 dollars. Right now it's around zero, but gas is cheap.

I've heard from very reliable sources through the grapevine that we're getting nothing this year ...

And did I mention I haven't had a raise in 3 years? No one @ our company has ... some folks haven't had a raise in 7 years! At least we did have our Christmas bonus.
