Greg Brown: Covenant :rockin:

Excellent CD. Terrific voice and well recorded with a very wide soundstage which at times threw an image 6 to 10ft outside my listening room walls. He is recently new to me and i now have 4 of his CD's and plan on more to come. Wished i had discovered him earlier. A worthwhile listen imho. :)

Aligning the slots in screw heads.

Align the slots in all screw heads so that the slots are parallel to the earth's surface. ALL screws - screws fastening light switches to the wall, screws fastening AC power sockets to the wall, screws fastening shelves to the wall etc. Listen to some music for a short time and then move any of the screw slots away from being parallel to the earth's surface and see if you can listen to the same music with the same pleasure !!!

I tried it...Will say no more other than it appeared to allow an easier listening experience. Yeah I Know. :rotfl:

Nils Landgren: The Moon, the Stars and You :thumb:

A trombonist, vocalist of note i thoroughly enjoyed this CD. Perfect for an early Sun. morning. He plays some well known oldies backed by very talented musicians along with the Stockholm Philharmonic Symphony.

From- Moonshadow/ Cat Stevens

To- Moon River/Henry Mancini

12 in all and not a bad selection in the bunch. A little taste

Madonna - Isla Bonita.

Reminds me of the couple of times I went to San Pedro, Belize. Once single and once married. Had a blast both times.

Makes me forget the bad and remember how beautiful that place is and what life is really about. Need to go back soon...
