2.06$ around here is the lowest. National Average is 2.31$ so its got 31more cents to drop before I'm happy.

I don't see prices going up any till maybe next summer and even then as long as we don't have any major issues or hurricanes we should be ok and still below 2$ once we hit that national average where it should be at this point based on the past 20years.

I remember all the people on TV (and here) who said, "Oh, we'll never see $2 gas again!"

HA!!!

It was nice to FILL my 19G tank for about $35.

Gas could stay permanently at what it is right now in my area, $2.50, and I'd be a happy camper.

You're only 6c above this happy zone which you're always speaking of, so why aren't you happy now?

Probably looking for the national average to be at $2.

I would agree.

I see, like I said before, it could stay at its current price and I wouldn't complain though a further reduction would be welcomed. About 2 months ago, I was paying about $120 a fillup, now I'm paying $75. :thumb:

Sounds like you need a smaller vehicle! Do you drive an H1 or Veyron?

:rotfl: I wish I had a Veyron.

I have an '07 Tahoe with a 32 gallon tank that I fill twice a month so the gas gouging didn't really bother me too much. Now if I worked further away from my home and racked up a lot of miles, I sure would consider a smaller SUV.

Are we talking about beer or gas here?

It took quite a while for it to start dropping around here. When it did start dropping it dropped rather quickly. Some places it is in the upper buck seventies.

$1.63 for me...

It was $1.58 elsewhere in Ohio. DAMN!!

I'm going to go buy a new SUV or three (the big ones) tomorrow to do burn-outs and drive slowly through the city by all by myself.
