Okay, Here is my problem. When my comp starts up their is this window that always pops up... It Says Status Then Update and its just a white window... Is their a way i can get rid of it?... Nothing is in my startup folder... I don't know what to do so Plz Help

could you maybe take a screenshot of it and post it here so we can see what it is?
in the meantime try this:
use ad-aware to remove all spyware on your system
then check to see if anything is left in startup
in your registry look under
hkey_local_machine/software/microsoft/windows/current version/run
remove all the stuf you don't need there

Ohh Damn its a TROJAN i found 2 days ago... i ran the ad aware scan today and it didn't find it but it had this
NAV Live Update
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\~2.EXE
And i know that is a trojan... do i just delete the reg key because when i looked at that directory nothing was thier and yes my folder option has view all files
Also how do i remove avg from startup? avg also isn't in startup folder

yes, you can delete the reg key
also, do a full search on your hard drive for ~2.exe just to make sure the file is gone as well
about AVG, is there the key in the registry? you can remove that too
