Well. as u know, i'ave been capped with TERRIBLE speed
is there a way to tweak it like 28k modem?
jus wondering
Amd Athlon XP 2200+, 512 DDR Ram, 9800Pro 128MB, 1500/256 ADSL

i was just sayin can i tweak my capped modem when then limit my speed?
like 28k tweaks....i have my cable modem but they just limit it to that
