Sorry to break the news, but you can't do much for upload without uncapping (changing the rated speed) which is illegal.

There really isn't a fullproof way to hack your modem to give you higher upload speeds. Tweaking does absolutely nothing for upload.

Even if you did uncap your modem your ISP would find out, and call the cops.

Heh, I just thought I might get that question in case it was your next one.

I've had limited success with lowering the size of the packets I sent to 576.

Of course in my area the upload is horrible regardless of what I do.
