Just put XP disk in and put on again and save what you have now, you will have all your programs, not a new install :)

Hey Aussie,

REFORMAT. The amount of time you have spent so far figuring it out could have been spent re-configuring your new fresh install of Windows XP. Come on, mate, I reckon your stubborn, but we here know when it's time to call it quits and get on with your life. Grab a VB and a hamburger with egg and beets and sit back while your reformat.

G'day.

Yes, put the coffee on and reformat, no telling what you have done trying to fix current problem, very few changes have to be made to Winders to make it go faster, you only hurt your self by changing things or downloading El Crapo :)

Try this:

Compliments Of Dannjr at Broadbandnuts.
You need to run adaware to remove them out of your registery.
Then you go to Tools on your Tool bar,
then to Internet Options,
Then click on the Security Tab,
Then click on the Restrictive Sites Icon.
Click on the "sites"
Then add these in
*.flycast.com
*.admonitor.net
*.excite.com
*.doubleclick.net
*.doubleclick.com
*.linkexchange.com
*.valueclick.com
*.sexlist.txt
*.counter3.sextracker.txt
*.sextracker.txt
*.sexlist.com
*.counter3.sextracker.com
*.sextracker.com
*.flexactive.com
*.gator.com
*.gator.net
*.cometcursor.com
*.comet.com
*.mycometcursor.com
*.onflow.com
*.onflow.txt
You may download ad-aware at : http://www.lsfileserv.com/index.html

Add them in one by one and exactly as they are above.
You may get ad aware spyware removal here:

Look in the registry at the following places to if see lop.com is there and simply change the entry to anything you want.
