Speed test suite with serveral test
- download
- upload
- connection
- ping

Give it a try :D

http://www.speedsuite.net/speedsuite/TestSuite/TestController.asp?

(Its in Dutch but that would be no problem I guess, select the tests you want and press start at the bottom of the page if you want to test your ping, turn of your firewall and proxy server or else the ping test will fail)

they're currently working on a multi-lingual engine to drive the site.

No release date when it will be in english, but it should not take very long.
