You had posted them in a reply to a thread a couple of days ago so I put the settings in my XP machine. I haven't noticed much difference but then again they haven't caused any problems either.
Go Back is a very good program but for system backups I just use Norton Ghost and an old 8 gig hd. If anything happens I can have my system up and running again in less than 5 minutes.

You need to download cablenut and enter them into the cablenut adjuster.

It will work with XP, and it won't conflict with SG Optimizer beta, I don't think.
It is possible, however, that cablenut will overwrite your SG Optimizer settings if you open up cablenut analyzer after applying tweaks through SG Optimizer.

Yep. You don't even have to back it up. You can just press a button within the program and all the tweaks you have made with cablenut will be removed.
I added onto my original post BTW ^_^

how come it goes to install then just sits there for like 3 minutes and never finishes installing ?
task manager does NOT say it is not responding ?
how long should this take ?
will try and redownload it and try it again.

HalfLifer, we all know that Lobo's reports inaccurate findings on his supposedly oc38 connection to his house (how else can you get speeds like that), but what I find interesting is that he needs to validate his existence by repeatedly falsifying his speeds and reporting them to the rest of the forum. Lobos, at least falsify speed reports that are somewhat attainable by a cable connection. Here let me help you out.
