lo again what i want to know is, the defaultrcvwindow does the value that you put in there does it depend on the connection speed ie...512k so if you have say you connection was cable 300k you would put in a lower defaultrcvwindow than say a 512k cable connection if you understand that?????????am i right in thinking that?

so in your oppinion which patch would be the best to install speedguide,s patch or cablenut,s patch?

also if my cable 512k connection was fully optimised what sort of time would it take to download a 10mb file?

I'm not telling you whose patch to install and I have no idea what your connection is like so I cannot tell you how long it takes to do anything, sorry

well you cant tell me how long it would take to dl a 10 mb file not even who,s patch to put in well this is my conclusion about this site the analizer ... when using the analizer no matter what your patch it all ways reccomends three sets of numbers which you could change ie..the defaultrcvwindow no matter what system or os it allways gives you the same three sets of numbers when i installed your patch there was no improvment in my connection at all trust me i know this!!!!!!yes for real!!!!your site has just recently aqquired advertisments and i think this site is money orientated ie....sponsers if you a such qualified in these matters ...optimising windows registry to give you an improved connection then you should be able to look at my report an decifer infomation to decide which settings should be changed look you ****,s haven,t got a jar of glue...(clue) about what you are talking about and i would go as far to say you are slowing machines down and not as you claim ...to be improving connections .......................very dissapointing .......and as for dissin me the other night well that shows how helpful you are ...rating out of 10=1 for html presentation and dont chat i dont use dreamweaver i code myself......<html> sgml <tag>

LOL Trend....you shouldn't do things you don't know....like me...i know nothing about tweaking so im not screwing around with my tweaking thingy yet....or anything to screw my modem....once i get the facts than ill see what i can i do....so don't blame no one...

ive been knowing about tweaking and ****** (don't want to say the word Lobo told me not to discuss it here) for about a month now...and learn fairly enuff to get my moneys worth for my cable modem soon hehe....
