Anyone staying up late to watch the election results?

Post by Easto »

I'm going to try and hang in there as long as I can but that really doesn't mean much. Mrs. Easto and I usually go to bed before 9pm so I don't think I'll get to see much. I do listen to my bedside radio to put me to sleep and tonight I'll tune it in to some station that will be following the results (which is probably all of them).

I am expecting issues tonight, Pennsylvania and potentially some other swing states will report results late, so I don't know if we'll have a clear winner tonight at all.

I will be watching, will try to tune-in later as I don't usually go to bed before midnight anyway.

I agree, we really won't know conclusively. But I'm really hoping my candidate crushes the opposition.

One of the candidates is not ready to concede, so it will be "interesting" for sure, I hope there is no crisis, and people are able to move forward together, regardless of party affiliation. I'm independent, and kind of tired of the divisiveness.

Yup PA..with all the shenanigans they'll play with the votes....will delay things as they can slide in more shifting ballots.

Looks like Trump won.
I think there was no real evidence to support the "voting fraud" claims, even pres. Trump and the MAGA crowd should agree now that he won (even if it's a bit self-serving ;) )

Now let's see if he can balance the budget and stop the money printing presses, maybe even save the cats and build the wall.

This definitely did not turn out how I wanted to see it. I'm just sick to my stomach.

I'm very interest in what DOGE can do to slow the bleeding in regards to spending.
That to me is one of the most important things that needs to be addressed.

Agreed, FISCAL responsibility of our recent government in this millennia has been terrible, and is one of the major driving forces of inflation imho. Let's see if they actually do something.
