I am looking for the best tool or add-in to manage and control SPAM using the Outlook Mail Client. I found the article below and wondered if any folks here have used any of these and have a recommendation. Or any other tool not mentioned in the article. Thanks, John

Imho there is no bulletproof protection because sometimes it 'gets' legit email as well, sometimes ….
I change isp email address every 2-3 months, I got one anon email account (Hotmail) and over there i'm receiving 100k+ emails per day but that email address is 21 years old, using it just for my gaming needs
I think Philip or cat can give you better advice

I like Bayesian spam filters in general. It is better, however to stop spam at the server level, whether it is your ISP, Gmail, or whoever. Once it is already in your mailbox it is harder to classify correctly, and there are always going to be some false positives/negatives. I use ASSP (Anti-Spam SMTP Proxy) on the SG mail server side and that does pretty good job of classifying email. For personal use, Gmail is pretty good at weeding out spam, so are many ISPs. If you still need an Outlook add-in, I'd try to find a free/open source one, I hear this works fine even for Outlook 2013: http://spambayes.sourceforge.net/ (if you try it it is better to install in the C:\SpamBayes directory, not under Program Files for Newer OSes).
Disclaimer: Please use caution when opening messages, my grasp on reality may have shaken loose during transmission (going on rusty memory circuits), even though my tin foil hat is regularly audited for potential supply chain tampering. I also eat whatever crayons are put in front of me.

ATT? Ack...ugh....
They just need their mail servers unplugged and shut down for good.
So you're stuck with a stand alone plugin
