wouldn't use these cleanup tools. if need be do it manually. they screw up sometimes and then good luck fixing it.....we have plenty of users calling us with broken PCs and many used these tools at some time. they may work for the novice but I would rather recommend educating yourself about tweaking windows instead for the long term

How have you see a temp file cleaner screw up a computer? I've used CCleaner quite literally tens of thousands of times across thousands and thousands of computers for many years, as well as our other techs.
