I using modem USB like this
my ISP say this modem can give download speed up to 3,1 Mbps but it given if im buy Golden member;
i just buy Regular so my speed just up uo 153 Kbps;
so how many number must i set in "Connection Speed slidebar"
153 Kbps or 3,1 Mbps?
and i don't see my modem's name in "Network Adapter Selection"
which should must i choose with my modem USB ?

I'd use something in the middle, 1Mbps.
There are a number of tweaks that are applied regardless of the slider setting in the Optimizer as well.
i'm use windows 7 ultimate 32 bit;
i think although my modem can give download speed up to 3,1 Mbps but because i buy the lowest speed packet (up to 153 kbps)
i must set "Connection Speed slidebar" to 144 right?
cz i didn't see number 153 on "Connection Speed slidebar"
