Have used Hirens a few times...decent swiss army knife. Gotta admit don't really use them much....when we have to work on a clients hard drive..end up slaving it to our bench rig for most stuff.

Same.. it's kinda a tool I take along but usually I end up yanking the drive and slaving it since it seems to be quicker.

I use 3 live CDs anymore:
PCRegedit - gui registry editor
NTPasswd - reset/delete passwords + registry editor
GParted - partition editor
No one has any right to force data on you
and command you to believe it or else.

PCRegedit comes in handy when working on a system rendered unbootable by malware.

Active Boot disk..very good little suite of tools

Also use UBCD a good bit.
