The strange thing is my MTU value is 1452 and in my modem is 1500,I made this test netsh interface ipv4 show subinterface and the value is 1500 why in the tcp/ip analyser the value displayed is 1452?
Thx for your help :)

why in the tcp/ip analyser the value displayed is 1452?
What's brand & model of your modem/router ?

I believe that your modem/router is not compatibility with ISP => MTU limitation !

If you're running Windows 7 leave the "tweaking" alone- the OS doesn't need it. Why did you change from a bridge to router? If it is working don't try to fix it.

MTU: 1452
RWIN Scaling: 2 bits (2^2=4)
When using Win 7, MTU max , RWIN Scaling > 0 => no need to tweak TCP !
