Hi everyone! I am hoping someone can help me. I have Windows 7 Pro and a Motorola Surfboard SBG6580 Wireless cable modem DOCSIS 3.0. I have Charter Cable that is suppose to run at 18Mbps. Now I realize I am not going to get that full speed. Right now I am only getting, (on a good day) 1.09Mbps. I tried the TCPOptimizer and it actually made it worse. So I changed it back to windows default. I have enclosed my hijack this log and speedguide.net analyzer log. Can someone please help me?!? Thanks!

You may also like to upgrade your Internet Explorer.. IE9 just came out, is the modem near anything electrical as in a few feet if so move it away a little..make sure to have good cable management also don't have it looking like a bird nest under the desk.
