DSL modem problem/help

DSL modem problem/help

im using 2wire modem n once in a while the DSL and Internet light goes off itself without a warning and its dragging down the speed also i dont know why is this keep on happening and its getting me frustrated.

any solutions?

A. Your modem just needs to be reset.
B. You're having line issues.
C. Your ISP is having issues.
D. Your modem is going bad.

Sometimes giving your modem a swift kick to the ass helps and fixes the problem so I'd say reset your modem back to factory defaults to see if that helps any.
If you got your modem through your ISP then I'd call them up.
Ask for a line test to see if it's your line.
If not then ask if they've been having issues recently.
If not then you ask for a replacement modem.
