A police K9 unit has crashed into a vehicle from the movie 'Transformers 3' during filming of the movie in Washington, DC, WUSA reports.
During the filming of the scene, in front of the American Indian Museum at 3rd St and Maryland Avenue, SW, the police SUV, responding to a call, slammed into "BumbleBee," as the a yellow Chevy Camaro from the film was driving through the intersection.
The area had been cordoned off by Metropolitan Police, as part of a number of street closings to accommodate thefilm crews working in town this week. A number of people had gathered to watch the film being shot.
The collision occurred during the filming of a chase scene. Both drivers walked away uninjured, and the dog was also apparently uninjured.
According to that a real police car tore the front end off of bumble bee!!
Funny, and some nice pics, but I expect it to be a poor movie, following the course of the other 2. I'm sure it will still do well in theaters as there seem to be a lot that enjoy mindless action movies.

I like mindless action movies a lot ! I appreciate the sound and visuals, I enjoy them in my HT,
mindless ? sure, that's why they are good for taking me to a place away from the bullcrap of regular life for 90 minutes,I'm not much for gone with the wind lifetime heartfelt oprah movies

I need more than sound and visuals, like a story, believable dialogue within the movie's realm, and for remakes and movies liek this, staying true to the past lore already shown.

I agree, eye candy can get really boring if there is not a something else to help carry it along. Sure it can be impressive, and it might actually work well for say 30 mins. but to sit though an entire movie just for the visuals, that starts to get really boring.
But to each their own.

Plot of Transformers 3 Dark of The Moon:
"The Autobots Bumblebee, Ratchet, Ironhide and Sideswipe led by Optimus Prime, are back in action, taking on the evil Decepticons, who are determined to avenge their defeat in 2009’s Transformers Revenge of the Fallen. In this new movie, the Autobots and Decepticons become involved in a perilous space race between the U.S. and Russia, and once again human Sam Witwicky has to come to the aid of his robot friends. There’s new characters too, including a new villain in the form of Shockwave, a longtime Transformers character who rules Cybertron while the Autobots and Decepticons battle it out on Earth."
Interesting read about how Bay was set to make this one better than #2 from what he calls "a mess", those that didn't like #2 should prob love #3 considering how he learned from what didn't work or what turned away people that watched them.
The real reason behind why Megan Fox wasn't included into this movie... she was FIRED!!!! lol
We all knew it was something she said.
Actress Megan Fox, never known for her tact, reportedly was cut from the third "Transformers" movie after she compared director Michael Bay with Hitler.
Pictures: Megan Fox
Pictures: World's Sexiest Women
In an iinterview with The Daily Mail in London, Bay broke his silence on the matter and admitted that Fox was dropped from the franchise after her 2009 interview with Wonderland magazine. Fox had co-starred with Shia LeBeouf in the first two movies - 2007's "Transformers and 2009" "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen."
"You know the Hitler thing," Bay told the newspaper when he was asked why Fox was fired. "Steven (Spielberg) said, 'fire her right now.'" Spielberg, executive producer on the film, could not be reached for comment.
In the 2009 interview, Fox said Bay "wants to be like Hitler on his sets, and he is."
"So he's a nightmare to work for but when you get him away from set, and he's not in director mode, I kind of really enjoy his personality because he's so awkward, so hopelessly awkward."
Victoria's Secret model Rosie Huntington-Whitley has taken over Fox's character in the second sequel "Transformers: The Dark of the Moon," which is to be released June 29.
At the time casting was announced, the studio would only say that Fox was not part of the production and the 25-year-old actress had said the reason she left the "Transformers" series was to pursue other acting opportunities.
WOW.. just freakin WOW!!! I'm not saying this cause of the CGI and the action was WOW.... I mean the movie had a great story from the start and kept on going and going with non stop action.
Also had a few times where that new chick was in her underware... and did I mention WOW?!?!!?
This movie was far better than the 1st and 2nd put together... a MUST SEE!!! Now I'm on the wait for the last Harry Potter.
