Program to check DVD

Is there a program out there that can check if a dvd is bad or not? Like checking for skipping etc without sitting there and watching it in it's entirety?

Free preferred.

It's not for me. If you have suggestions on how to deal with the techincally inept people in this world let me know.

I asked what this was all about and I can never get a straight answer.

I agree with you Sava, just watch the damn thing or look at in closely. Does not take a college degree to do.

I think the person already tried DVDInfoPro. (?)
