Generic Host Process for Win32 Services

Post by Bethany »

Ok, I have a couple of issues. The first seems to be a virus that is undetected by the programs i have used. I am getting an internet window opening that is one of 3 things..."Consumer News"....."Facebook Survey"....."Work at Home Mom". I have used AVG; Trend Micro; Ad-Aware; Spy Bot S&D & Microsoft Security Essentials to no avail. I am also getting a "Generic Host process for Win32 Services" error. This error occurs randomly. The computer can be sitting idle, untouched and the error will pop up and freeze it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

What we both know: Obviously you have a virus.

Have you been running full system scans?? or quick scans?
