Yeah grabbed the portable earlier for my Flash Drive Tool , I really like that they added a 64bit supported executable to it.

I was all excited that they finally removed the bundled Yahoo Toolbar that you had to uncheck during install, and then it prompted me to download Chrome.

Yes, In general that type of deal makes me leary also, however after years of use and understanding that they need to make some income to further development, I just download the slim version...

Don't forget to add CCEnhancer to clean up even more crap...too bad it wasn't included in 3.0.

Piriform doesn't make the enhancer so I wouldn't expect it to be built in.

I just installed the new version. Without asking me or give any hint it installed Crome into my PC. Under the advanced option I didn't see anything about Crome.
