Adobe Flash prob

I need help with adobe flash. I used the link that sava provided (why did I listen) and now flash is all screwed up. What can I do to fix this now?

just FYI, I wouldn't fool with the new adobe beta's at this point if your wanting to test 64bit... noticed a good deal of lag and issues thus far with it and minefield - best to wait till FF4 comes out full which I believe by then adobe will have perfected the 64bit version more.

No i didnt even bother messing with it so all is cool.
