Graphical Functionality & Performance Update Win7

Post by Sava700 »

Nice little performance of Graphics Functionality and Performance released by MS.

Looks like a update that is or will be needed prior to IE9 being loaded...gave me a nice little performance boost at least through FireFox and AERO.

It's not going to either.... at least not yet. Read the overview and you would see it will likely be needed more so for IE9 when its released yet it does server up some nice enhancements thus far.

YYyyup..they're getting packages finalized to be put into SP1. ;)
This one tweaks some 2D performance, and DX10 and DX11 performance.

It still may not be fully baked yet....and you will get the finalized code when you get SP1 via Microsoft Update.
