What do you guys tweak with it? Does it work in Vista / Windows 7? or just in XP ?

It works with Windows 2000 and higher. There are a few tweaks that don't work properly with Windows 7 since they were ending development when 7 came around they didn't really update it. But overall it works great with all OS's.
