Moved across town and my OOL slowed a bit

I moved just a couple of blocks down the road and my OOL has slowed down about 500 KB/s (more like 800 KB/s). Not sure if you guys can help me, but here are the results:

Man, either this place slowed down a lot or there isn't anything I can tweak :-(
