cause its junktion box has been changed cause of problem that...every 6pm internet connection lost....please help i wanna get what im paying for...>.<

thats my DL and UL after optimizing my internet connection

on my first junktion box i have ping of 13 DL speed of 2.16...after pldt change its junktion box it became that result...

We're tweaking with the aim of getting > 90 % our speed ! The rest depends on condition of your line, traffic congestion, etc...

You can check out the make and model no. of your hardware using device manager and then search Google for their latest drivers.

i updated my adapter card....btw im using nod32...does it affects my internet speed?

A working antivirus usually does not slow the line. But a heavy antivirus software can slow the CPU, as well as having more than one antivirus - sometimes by not uninstalling the old one completely.
