putting your logo on a computer case

Post by tobe1424 »

How would it be possible to legally put your name on a computer case and sell it as if you were the manufacturer?

For example, if you buy an ASUS case and you build the PC and want to put your logo on it, how can you legally do that?

Or do you have to make a case yourself and patent it?

Case makers do that all the time.

I don’t think there would be any legal issues unless you tried to misrepresent yourself as the case manufacturer.

Sears rebrands their products all time and they hardly manufacture squat, if anything at all.
