Speaking of conspiracies, where’s Knighmare been? Cool guy and I haven’t seen him around for quite awhile.

Our gas was dropping for a while, made it to the mid buck forties, now it’s going up again and is near a buck sixty.

Its falling nice and helping the economy but yet you have this going to happen :irate: pure greed!!

OPEC Head Predicts "Severe" Cuts
Oil markets should brace for a surprise decision on output cuts when OPEC meets Dec. 17, the cartel's president said Saturday, suggesting that reductions could be deeper than expected.

"A consensus has formed for a significant reduction of production levels" by the 14-member Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries, OPEC President Chakib Khelil told The Associated Press.

The OPEC head would not discuss how deep the output cut would be, but said it could be "severe," and noted that some analysts are predicting cuts of as much as 2 million barrels per day.

My neighbors think I have a busted sewer drain in the backyard...can't wait to get the 10,000 gallon tank installed. Should last me about six years...I may be able to even make a profit and pay off the mortage in three years, 15 years early! I have two 50 gallons drums ready to go, 100 trips to Speedway and I'll be good to go! :p

Man with a plan

I hope FORD comes up with the Altimate Hybrid before prices go back up, otherwise I may have to stop paying Federal "Bail Out" taxes and buy Toyota. :irate:

$1.43 is the low around here.

I noticed a 4cent climb around here too.. its odd too when you hear the news talking about it still going down everywhere. OPEC hasn't had their meeting yet so it should keep going down according to most. I was expecting 99cents come Jan the way it was falling.

Its probably hit its low in most places by now. Still, gas prices are good. Now we'll just have to see how much OPEC cuts back.

I've noticed a lot of people that were thinking about hybrids and other fuel efficient cars have changed their minds now that prices are low. That could easily come back to bite them. lol

Anyone who buys a gas guzzler now and then bitches about the price of gas going back up should be slapped, neutered, and forced to ride a moped for a year.

Who'd want to buy a gas guzzler from a company on the brink of bankruptcy anyhow? :D
