Easier than Photoshop?

What specifically do you want to do w/ a graphics editor? Tell us that and then we can recommend an appropriate package.

Just like what photoshop does but i dont need the pro tools in photoshop and i'm not pro with all grafix stuff

You can try Gimp for Photoshop, it's quiet sexy to me.

theres many things photoshop does....... basic photo editing, designing layouts, forum sigs and graphics like that... you need to be more specific.

you can try GIMP, or if you want something with a bit easier to understand interface, try Paint.NET.

I find I end up using a combo of gimp and paint.net to get certain things done.
