Hot weather/humidity/tiredness

Anyone else experiencing tiredness/lethargic symptoms because of the weather?

I like the hot weather... two reasons mostly:

girls wear less

and

cooling bill is way less than heating bill

I've worked in construction during the summer. :) And could have been working in construction again.

Yeah, I work inside. Don't know what the heck has been wrong with me most of the week. :confused:

I keep lots of Fruit2O bottles in the car, for those trips on the road.

Gas mileage of Jeep hurting though..with AC cranked up.

I down 5-6 16oz of water a day. I work inside, but I sweat a lot walking to the train and to my building when it is really hot outside.

If you are not drinking enough water, you may be experiencing chronic dehydration. Go easy on coffee on really hot days. Coffee is a diretic. I only know this because it happened to me.

Definitely drink more water. The hotter the better, I love the heat. Plan on moving to Phoenix within the next few years. It was 97* today here in the Detriot area and I did my mile run and jumped in the pool. Love it :cool:
