Hi there, your tool worked awesome on 98SE!! 10Mbps !
Now I got Vista.......
I use the tool as admin and it changes some things but I still get low readings, I do get fast downloads though..........

I thought Window Vista has a new Automatic TCP Window Tuning function and you do not need to tweak your registry.

Your default RWIN of 65536 with unscaled RWIN at 256 is the unusual result that shows Vista is different from XP.
