USB Bluetooth Dongle driver help

i don't know if i have conflict on the driver or any problems
i recently just bought a new USB bluetooth dongle but after i plug it in the computer it can't find the driver for it...even after i install the software that come with it still not working...
i plug the old dongle in and work well (but my old one sometime working sometime not so i have to buy the new one)
i try 2 of the new USB bluetooth dongle but still give me same problem so i guess it might the software conflict or something like that
any idea

The new one the same as the old one? I would try uninstalling the software for the old one and then installing the new one.

then new one is different from the old one..
i'm not sure what is the different but the old one i got 3 years ago (maybe class 1) and the new one is class 2
i don't know where i can get it uninstall
as i saw some conflict between XP SP2 and bluetooth driver on google..tried all of the solution but still not working

Remove or disable it from device manager.

is there something like adress on the bluetooth device
still no way to fix this problem

Ya my bluetooth keyb and mouse have addresses, there permanent from the device I think cuz its written on the botton of both of them.
