My mantra has always been that old people are selfish, plain and simple.
For people like Robertson to function and thrive , there has to be people that think as he does and that support him. Its also got a lot to do with what your folks may or may not know about the situation there that they may feel that way. Its not their fault. I know that how Israel was formed after WW2 was NEVER taught in school and still isn't talked about in western society.
Well its not just that. Im a firm believer in the spoils of war etc etc...they took the initiative and they were the ones that got the Brits out before the palestinians did. In that sense they were very smart. It was their victory. They truly invented guerilla warfare with their methods of getting the brits to leave and give them independance. My whole thing is that in this day and age of "No Apartheid" that we would still allow it to happen and allow it to happen by one of our allies. This man Robertson is not being very Christian by making his comments that he supports this kind of thing.
